Typical Presentation
  • Diet high in fatty foods and sugar
  • Low in nuts and seeds
  • Low in leafy green vegetables

According to a CSIRO study approximately 50% of Australian men and 39% of Australian women are not getting enough Magnesium in their diet.

The diet that is likely to be Magnesium deficient is low in wholegrains, green vegetables, nuts and legumes.

Increase dietary sources of Magnesium. A simple supplementation of a bioavailble Magnesium is advised if there are any areas which suggest any type of manifest deficiency.
